Kristen B. Farrell joined Crane and Norcross in 1991. She has spent the last 30 plus years working solely in the practice of real estate tax appeals at the local tax agencies in Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane and McHenry counties as well as the rest of the State of Illinois. She has also handled appeals at the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board in addition to filing real estate tax exemptions and certificate of errors. Kristen spends a significant portion of her time supervising the firm’s paralegals, a talented group of individuals who assist the firm’s attorneys in their various assessment challenges.
