With over 30 years at Crane and Norcross, Erin Sheehan serves as Legal Operations Manager, working closely with the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure clients receive the highest level of service throughout the real estate tax appeal process. Erin brings deep, firsthand knowledge of the tax appeal process across Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, and Kane counties, as well as Illinois’s smaller counties. This expertise helps guide the firm’s approach to each client’s case. In collaboration with the firm’s attorneys, Erin plays a key role in preparing tax projections and status reports, helping clients stay informed and positioned for the best possible outcome.

Outside the office, Erin volunteers with P.A.W.S., supporting the organization’s mission to help animals in need.
